Value Stream, a recruiter specialized in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the industrial automation sector, for Inxpect, a leading player in the design and manufacture of radar technology for industrial safety is looking for a:

 

International Sales Manager

 

The ideal candidate has a degree in Automation/Electronic Engineering or related studies and has extensive experience in managing business relationships with customers operating in the industrial automation market.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the resource will be part of a constantly growing international team and will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with key reference clients.

 

Main activities:

• Grow sales by managing the distribution relationship with international Key Accounts;
• Grow sales through improving foreign direct customer accounts while also developing new ones;
• Analyzing clients’ technical needs and providing technical consultancy and support;
• Drafting reports and monitoring turnover and KPIs for countries and customers under his/her responsability;
• Participate at trade fairs and provide training when needed;
• Collaborate with our global organization.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering or related studies;
• Sales experience in factory automation equipment, control technology or electrical construction;
• Comfortable working directly with customers and distributors;
• Willingness to travel;
• Good written and spoken communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented;
• Fluent in English (written and verbal);
